-TRES NUEVOS EJERCITOS PARA KINGS OF WAR

Esto se esta poniendo frentético Mantic acaba de enviar una newsletter del Kings of War donde habla del nuevo suplemento y los tres ejércitos que van a desarrollar.

Por un lado tenemos a los Arcángeles Paladines, acompañados de monjas guerreras, inquisidores, se me cae la baba. 

Otro segundo ejercito de seres del inframundo, golems, gargolas, elementales etc.

Y el que más me atrae de todos Druidas, hombres arboles y seres mágicos que su objetivo es proteger el mundo.

En la segunda actualizacón del día, Ronnie expone sus pensamientos sobre el nuevo objetivo. Hoy hemos superado la milestone, Para marcar este logro monumental hemos decidido sacar adelante un proyecto a largo plazo.

La expansión más grande de Kings of War con tres nuevos ejércitos para Kings of War. El libro tratara sobre el trasfondo de los tres ejércitos, sus tácitas y estrategias, también vendrá con tres listas completas de ejércitos.

1) El libro tratara sobre los Arcángeles, monjas guerreras que se agrupan alrededor de masas de paladines y hombres de armas. Habrá héroes montados en gigantes dientes de sable, gatos (¡gracias Damon!) y mucho más.

Rígido y paralizado por el ritual podría ser, Basiliea aun reflejaba algo de las glorias de antaño Primovantor. Sus ciudades son  las más largas, sus príncipes lo más ricos, sus magos los mas poderosos de todos los reinos del hombre.


Basilea insiste que es el único y verdadero protector del legado de Primovantor. Nobles Paladines devotan sus vidas enteras a las batallas y a rezar, sometiéndose a arduas misiones para probar su pureza a los brillantes. Muchas Ordenes de la hermandad vigila las fronteras. Pureza, valor y fuerza consignas para estas guerreras vírgenes.


El Hegemon es el rey y el sacerdote supremo. Ellos raramente se muestran directamente, pero si enviará sus sirvientes para apoyar los ejércitos de Basilean, si lo requiere la situación. Esto son los Elohi seres angelicales de inmenso poder, que aparecen con aspecto de hombres alados hermosos armados en oro. En la guerra son imparables, tan terribles en combate como compasivos y amables fuera de el.


2) El libro también tratara de las depravadas hordas del abismo, con gárgolas, helios, golems de fuego, y mucha más tropas de las partes más oscuras del inframundo - guiados por temibles bestias y lideres demoníacos.

3)Las  fuerzas del mundo; elementales, magia druídica, hombres arboles, y todas las criaturas de los bosques combinadas para proteger y defender el mundo. El ejercito unificara todas estas fuerzas para destruir que pretenda dañar a madre tierra en cualquier forma.

Empezaremos a trabajar en el mundo ahora y esta disponible como libro impreso en la sección de extras del Kickstarter al precio de 15$.

Con el libro desatollaremos el primer ejercito humano de Mantic - Los Celestiales. con tu ayuda por supuesto.

El ejercito se basa en los nobles, piadosos paladines y están liderados por ángeles y serafines - ya hemos mostrado el concpt art, pero no es tan bueno como el WIP.

Today we have passed a landmark milestone. To mark this monumental achievement we have decided to press ahead with a long-term project.

The major expansion to Kings of War deals with three new armies for Kings of War. The book will look at the background of the three armies, their tactics and strategies and come complete with three new and complete army lists

1) The book will look at the Archangels, warrior nuns that form around mass ranks of Paladins and human men at arms. There will be heroes mounted on giant sabre-tooth cats (thanks Damon!) and much more!

Extract: Hegemony of Basilea by Guy Haley

Hidebound and paralysed by ritual it may be, Basilea still reflects some of the ancient glories of Primovantor. Its cities are the largest, its princes the richest, its mages the most powerful of all the kingdoms of men.


Basilea insists that it is the only true protector of Primovantor’s legacy. Noble Paladins devote their entire lives to battle and prayer, undergoing arduous quests to prove their purity to the Shining Ones. Many Orders of the Sisterhood guard the borders. Purity, courage, and strength are the watchwords of this warrior virgins.


The Hegemon is king and high priest both. They rarely manifest directly but will send their servants to the aid of the Basilean armies, should the occasion warrant it. These are the Elohi, angelic beings of immense power, who appear in the guise of beautiful, winged humans armoured all in gold. In war they are all but unstoppable, as terrible in combat as they are merciful and kind out of it.


2) The book will also look at the depraved hordes from the Abyss with Gargoyles, Hellions, Fire Golems and many more troops from the darkest parts of the underworld – all led by fearsome beasts and demonic leaders.

3) The forces of the World; elementals, Druid magic, tree kin and all of the forest creatures combined to protect and defend the world. The army will bring all these forces together to destroy all those who intend Mother Earth any harm.

We will begin work on the book now and it is now available as a printed book in the extras section at a special Kickstarter price for you to pick up at $15.


To go alongside the book we will develop the first Mantic human army – the Celestians, with your help of course.

The army is built around the noble, pious Paladins and is lead by tiers of Angels and Seraphs - we’ve already shown off the concept art, but it’s just so good here is the work in progress again!
